Since 2010, he had been with Graduate School of Pure and Applied Sciences, University of Tsukuba as an Associate Professor, where he conducted research on noise, fluctuation, and variability in nano-scaled electronic devices. He led a JST-CREST project from 2008 until 2013. In 2017, he left University of Tsukuba and founded Device Lab Inc. for providing solutions through a core technology of electronic noise characterization developed through the CREST project.
